Made from 100% cotton and filled with unscented rice, they are anti-stress, healing, and pain relieving. This makes them great for treating earaches, muscle pain, headaches, and more! Use for cold therapy (cold relief that doesn’t melt) or heat therapy (microwaveable and safe for sleeping). For a cold compress, simply store the bag in the freezer, and for heat therapy, warm it in the microwave.
